Molasses Cola Cupcakes

Last weekend I made Molasses Cola Cupcakes.  I didn't take a picture of the final product but this will give you an idea of what they looked like.  Who knew there are three types of molasses? Not me.  Note to self, light molasses = original molasses.  Of course I made other changes to the recipe but forgot to write them down.

The final product was topped with cream cheese frosting.
